The next-generation iPad could launch as soon as April, but those looking to upgrade to theiPhone 5S may have to wait until August, according to the latest rumors.
Tech site iMore is reporting sources close to Apple say the company is giving "serious consideration" to launching its fifth edition iPad next month, possibly alongside the iPad Mini 2. Meanwhile, the iPhone 5S — which is expected to have a faster processor and better camera — will likely debut in late summer.
Although the publication said the launch date for the iPad "April-ish", it's been long said that the iPhone 5S (rumors indicate it's called) will come in the second half of this year. An analyst at KGI Securities said earlier this week the new model will debut by July, as well as a low-cost iPhone 5, which could be announced in June.
Other iPhone 5S rumors making the rounds include it could come in various colors and screen sizes.
